There is no contact form on this page and there is no phone number, because we would rather have a written record than a conversation nobody can check afterwards.

Email

Write to [email protected] for anything concerning this website: an error in the text, a broken link, a question about the privacy or cookie pages, or a page that pretends to be us.

Account, payment and bonus questions

These have to go through the gaming platform, not through us. Live chat inside your account is the fastest channel for everyday questions; the platform's own support address is the right one for documents and formal complaints. An email to us cannot unlock an account, release a withdrawal or restore a bonus, because we do not have access to accounts from here.

What to include

• The email address registered on the account, so the case can be found.
• The exact date and time, with your time zone.
• A screenshot if the problem is something visible on screen.
• The transaction reference if the question concerns a payment.

With those four items a case can usually be checked straight away. Without them the first reply is a request for them, which costs another day.

Response times

No fixed number of hours is promised on this page. It varies with the time of day, and a promise that does not hold at three in the morning is worse than no promise at all. We answer in the order messages arrive.

Complaints

If a reply from the platform does not resolve your issue, ask for it in writing and escalate through the operator's complaints procedure. If that is exhausted, the next step is the authority that issued the licence, whose details are published in the platform's footer.
